GREAT experience with Marty and the team at German Drive. I received a remarkably high estimate from a well-known BMW service team in the DFW area for my 2017 X5. I asked about the pricing more than once, and they did not respond at all - an odd response, considering they market themselves as being all about service. This prompted me to reach out to German Drive, which performed the same diagnostic and uncovered the same issues. The good news? The transparency into pricing and the communication over what needed to be done and why was superior. The price was VERY fair in comparison. The work was fast, and now my X5 is running like new. If you want to pay more and feel like a number, go with a dealership. If you want the same (or better) level of expertise with transparency and fair pricing, AND the feeling of dealing with a trusted neighbor...Call German Drive.

I think these days many of us have gotten use to receiving poor service. Not so here at German Drive! I took one of my vehicles in and said I would stay there while they performed the service. They have a waiting area with drinks and snacks which made it very comfortable. I mentioned that I needed to get some work done and they took me to a private office that was set up for that purpose. Very much appreciated! Not only was my car finished in the time they said but the price was extremely reasonable. All this is exactly the opposite of what I was experiencing with my other vehicle at the same time at the Dealership due to a prepaid Maintenance Agreement! Will definitely return to German Drive for both vehicles now!
